Privacy Notice
The Valor Battle Planner at planner.valor-reforged-tools.com (the "Planner") is operated by Quark Games, LLC ("we", "us"). It shares its accounts with the Valor Battle Simulator at sim.valor-reforged-tools.com (the "Sim"): one account works on both. This notice explains what the Planner collects and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, an optional in-game name, and your password, which is stored only in scrambled (salted and hashed) form. We can't see your password. These are the same records the Sim uses.
- Account activity: when your account was created and when you last signed in.
- Security records: to stop abuse we keep short-lived records of sign-in and sign-up attempts, keyed to a one-way scrambled form of your IP address and email. They are deleted automatically within about a day.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Your plans: the worlds, cities (names, coordinates and troop counts), targets, landing times and notes you enter, so they are there when you come back on any device. You can edit or delete them at any time, and they are deleted with your account.
Screenshots: if you import Rally Point screenshots, they are read on your own device and are never uploaded to us. Only the numbers you choose to import are saved, as part of your plans.
Reminders are shown by your own browser. We don't send them and don't store your notification settings.
Plan links: if you choose to share an operation, its name, notes, world settings, target names and coordinates, landing times, and the names and coordinates of the cities launching (but not their troop counts) become public to anyone who has the link. We don't show your email or name on it. We count how many times each link is viewed. You can stop sharing at any time from the Planner or the Account page, and links are deleted with your account.
How we use it
Only to run the Planner and your account: signing you in, saving your plans, keeping the Planner secure, preventing abuse, and contacting you about your account if needed. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
The Planner is hosted on Cloudflare, which stores the database and runs the anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the sign-up form. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can change your in-game name or password, or permanently delete your account, at any time from the Account page on either tool. Deleting your account removes your email, name, password record, plans, saved simulations and all of your links right away. For any other request, email support@quarkgames.com.
Children
The Planner is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be shown in the Planner.
